No you can not have two routers set up on the same line. If your wireless signal does not reach your office you could either run an Ethernet cable from your Homehub to the office or use a wireless repeater which would boost the wireless signal. If the office is on the same electrical circuit as your house you could try powerline adaptors.
I just moved into a granny flat and I am getting wifi from the main house, however the signal isn't all that great (usually 3 bars, but drops to 2 at times) and even though the connection speed I get through speedtest.net is solid (8mbps down / 0.83mbps up) I still experience buffering when streaming videos.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I made a quick picture of the network as it is. As I have it now set up, PC1 can see PC2 and PC3, but but not PC4, which is connected on a different router. Same goes for TV3 can see the MY CLOUD, but TV1 and TV2 on the different router not. So there are actually two seperated networks (also two different wifi networks). My thought is, can I take it, put it in the basement where I have my TV and PS4. I thought I would take the coax, split it, run one wire to the TV and the other wire to the router, which I could then plug (by ethernet) into my PS4, giving me a faster connection for gaming and NetFlix.
